Patients can either phone direct or use our online process to quickly and conveniently make appointments at times that suit you. You will be immediately notified by text of the reservation and will also receive a text on the day before, it’s very convenient! Consultations are normally by appointment but urgent medical problems will be dealt with promptly, just come in. Every attempt is made to keep time but emergencies and the unexpected do happen from time to time and we ask for your patience.

Receiving Results

Doctors will organise for you to be quickly contacted for another appointment in the event you need to come back to discuss results. No results (MSS policy) are ever given over the phone. Our practice recommends making a follow-up appointment before you leave have to your tests done. In this case, silence really is golden!

Sickness Certificates

A Doctors certificate can only be issued after a consultation so please make an appointment.


Phone Calls:

Doctors/Nurses will return telephone enquiries from patients at the end of each session unless the matter is urgent and needs to be attended too immediately.

After Hours:

We support the ‘home doctor service’. they can be contacted on 137426.

Please remember if it is an emergency, you should always phone for an ambulance on 000 or go straight to the nearest Hospital. Our Doctors provide care to many nursing home patients and provide after-hours support for Eden Rehabilitation Hospital.
